We offer monthly workout programming subscriptions for every level, from general fitness to team training. All programs are provided on your mobile device using the Teambuildr app.

Muscle-building Programs

$30 per month

This program provides hypertrophy training with three progressive levels.

    • Three gym-based workouts per week

    • Hypertrophy-focused exercise

    • Three training volumes to account for the level of the individual (provides the ability to “move-up” a level)

    • All workouts provided via Teambuildr app

    • Information document providing details of program

    • Exercise video library

    • One-time video consultation

$50 per month

This program optimizes physical performance for your sport, including strength, power, and speed training.

In-season Athletic Program

    • Three workouts per week

    • Optimize physical performance for your sport

    • Maintain performance qualities gained from off-season training and reduce injury risk 

    • Strength, power, and speed trained concurrently

    • Information document providing suggestions on how to implement training days around practice and game schedule

    • Training video library

    • One-time video consultation

    • All workouts provided via Teambuildr app

Off-season Athletic Program

$50 per month

This program optimizes physical performance for your sport, including strength, power, and speed training with three progressive levels.

    • Four workouts per week

    • Increase athletic performance, become more powerful and explosive

    • Strength, power, and speed trained concurrently

    • Three training volumes to account for the level of the individual (provides the ability to “move-up” a level)

    • Information document providing details of program

    • Training video library

    • One-time video consultation

    • All workouts provided via Teambuildr app

Team In-season Program

$30 per athlete per month (minimum 10 athletes)

This program trains strength, power, and speed concurrently and is scheduled to work with your team’s practice and game schedule for peak performance.

    • Three workouts per week

    • Strength, power, and speed trained concurrently

    • Optimize physical performance for your specific sport

    • Work with each individual team to program around practice and game schedules to manage load demands

    • Provide peaking protocols to prepare the team to play at their best for playoff or championship games

    • Reduce injury risk

    • Work with coaching staff to ensure quality of program is up to standard and to discuss strategies to optimize performance (one weekly video call provided if needed)
